Description

This course provides an overview of motor insurance legislation, including the role of the Motor Insurers' Bureau and the impact of EU Directives within the UK.

Objectives

At the end of the course you will be able to:

Demonstrate an understanding of the Road Traffic Act and its impact on insurance requirements
Explain the definitions of road, use and motor vehicle
Explain the role of the Motor Insurers' Bureau
Demonstrate an understanding of the European Directives and their impact within the UK
